HUGE shoutout to Kirsten! The person I’m traveling with’s flight got delayed and may even be cancelled. Kirsten was so professional, friendly and helpful. She moved our reservation to the following day so we could fully enjoy our stay. I can’t recommend Zota hotel enough! Thank you!!!!
We stayed November 2023 and are looking forward to returning this November 2024. Everyone from the valet to a wonderful concierge to the staff at bar couldn’t have been more accommodating and wonderful customer service . We absolutely will return .
We stayed at this location for convenience to a wedding we attended in Longboat Key. Enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and walking on the beach😀
