“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. “We order through food delivery (Uber Eats) and although the food is overall good they describe the Belgium waffle as coming with vanilla whipped cream and they won’t deliver it that way. Also the grits are very heavily seasoned with pepper which is fine if you like a lot of black pepper but not great if you don’t.“

I’ve tried several of their rotating flavors, and I love how they switch it up weekly. What I really appreciate is that Crumbl uses high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite.
