Horrible customer service. Lazy workers. They didn’t want to make my biscuit sandwich because it wasn’t made and I said I could wait, then continued to insist to choose the alternative option. Regardless if this is a fast food joint, you’re still a restaurant and you still have to make food. I can’t stress enough, don’t get a customer service job if you’re going to be half a$$ and lazy.
Always go to this Wendy’s & it’s pretty good but at night there’s two girls that worked there. One with red hair & this other one. Saw them drop my burger while making it & while laughing with each other I was about to drive off & she assured me they were making a new one. But after that I couldn’t even it! Didn’t trust it! Unprofessional!!

I usually avoid this Wendy's as the service is the ABSOLUTE worst on the planet. I ended up here because we were hungry and wanted someplace quick. This was NOT the right choice. 1 group ahead and they still took forever. This place gives Wendy's a HORRIBLE name and should be shut down!! As usual they messed up the order on top of it all. EXTREME INCOMPETENCE
