Just left the location in SR 54 and had an incredibly disheartening exchange with an alleged off duty manager Kayla. After learning that a staff person (who Kayla says was a minor) told my husband to “get the f*ck out” I exited my car and asked for the manager’s name. Kayla who was leaning in a car told me to get back into my car. She repeated herself as I walked over to her continuing to ask for the manager’s name. Arby's is a restaurant that sometimes experiences inventory issues. On occasion, they may be out of certain menu items. Staff are generally helpful and accommodating, offering substitutions when needed. The brown sugar bacon BLT is a notable menu item. Sandwiches are always freshly made, and the fries are hot and crispy. The staff was friendly and the order came up quickly. There is limited seating at this location. Soft drinks are self service for dine in. Arby's has a great deal on the app.
