I came there yesterday there was one person in line that was still telling two people what they wanted to eat at the start of the line, accept there was no line! I walked to the register to purchase one bag of tortilla chips nothing more nothing less. I told two different people that were at the counter that all I wanted was a bag of chips which could've been rang up while I was standing there for 20 minutes. We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee."
Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Your Macon location at 652 New Street is awful. If I could give a 0 start rating, I would. My wife and I ordered on DoorDash. We ordered two cheese dips and three burritos. One of the three burritos was only a wrap with NO TOPPINGS. We paid almost $13 for a spinach wrap with no freaking toppings. We also did not receive either of our cheese dips.
