“Our server, Angie, was excellent. She greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were seated immediately. Angie's friendly & bubbly personality made for a great visit. We never had to ask her for a refill, she kept our glasses full. We will be back. Bonus will be if Angie is working so we can request her as our server. The food came out in a decent time frame & was delicious. The restaurant was clean. I would recommend this location (Northdale) over other Beef O Brady's we have visited. If other locations had servers like Angie, it would make for a pleasant experience.“

“If I could give this place 15 stars I definitely would!!! First the customer service was out of this world….. we were welcomed by the most amazing waitress… named Dani!!! she was patient and extremely informative ….. I had an extremely rough day and Dani was amazing!!! She came with great energy and a smile. I had a situation that required me to leave abruptly and Dani didn’t hesitate to hold my food back so it was still at a great temp with fresh hot fries when I returned 40 minutes later!!!!! Anyone that knows, when you’re having a terrible day, the simplest gesture means the world and I can honestly say her being patient as well as kind made a huge difference!!!! Even when I came back Lindsay the mgr checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and that the food was good!!! I’m bringing my entire family next time as this will be our go to spot when we are in the area moving forward!!!!! Thank you ladies for being your sweet selves and making my day… y’all have no idea how that experience truly changed my day.. Thank you.

“The vibe was nice for brunch . They have some tasty food options so we tried a few. Unfortunately my steak came out under cooked twice so I changed to shrimp n grits (grits cakes substituted for potatoes) the wings were great sweet Tai chili and the chicken n waffles should be their signature dish the waffle was so good and tasted like a funnel cake that chicken was fried to perfection. Drink selection: no brunch menu for drinks but server made some great suggestions. Server was sweet courteous and even apologized for the food issues. He accepted full accountability so that saved the overall experience. We'll be back to try other dishes.“
