“Walking in the place is clean organized and overall well kept. The displays were properly labeled and filled with fresh product. The service was fast and accurate. The food here is everything you are expecting donuts are light with a nice crispy outside, sweet(but not to sweet) and just overall well balanced. You are paying for what you get it's quality food with attention to detail. Try it out. 50 for my wife and I 2 drinks 6 donuts and 3 corndogs.“

“I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, however, I visited there the day after hurricane Milton. While the place was absolutely crazy with about 25 people in line because they were pretty much the only ones open in town, the line went quick, the staff were extremely friendly and smiling, my order was made to perfection. “What a unique eatery! We came for boba 🧋, Korean corn dogs, and Mochinut donuts. All were delicious. They also have self-serve ramen bowls where you fill with hot water and toppings, just like in Korean convenience stores. Happy to have this in Tampa.“

“The service here was friendly, fast and hot when it came out. We got 4 chicken supreme tacos and 4 ground beef supreme tacos. The chicken tacos were great but the ground beef was lacking flavor. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the ground beef tacos. If they amped up their seasonings on the ground beef I would change my review to 5 stars“

“***Update 8/29/25*** ordered $77 worth of burgers & fries for family dinner and everything was wonderful. I let the store know at pickup I appreciated FRESH fries since my last 3 orders weren’t great. He apologized and thanked me for the order. Store was clean and workers seemed happy to be there.

This location is normally good but tonight my lettuce wrap burger was wrapped in the white very unappetizing part. Fries were the bottom of the batch a bunch of nubs. A costly disappointment.“

“I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“

“I came in on Christmas Day, and the cashier (who may have been the owner or manager) was incredibly kind. They were absolutely slammed with to-go orders since it was Christmas and one of the only places open. The man working was hustling nonstop to make sure everything was done correctly and as quickly as possible, and he remained so apologetic and gracious the entire time. I was truly impressed by the customer service and the quality of the food. They are under new management/ownership and I already see a huge difference. I definitely will be coming back.“
