Had a very concerning experience at the store this evening, spent 19 minutes on the phone with the general manager John (have screen shot for owner) who could not even provide me even the store number during that time so that we could contact corporate because of how poorly he treated us. I called back three times (also have picture for owner) and was hung up on by the owner’s son who told me his mom probably wouldn’t be calling me back unless I gave him all the details again...read full review
Want to thank the staff for putting up with my wife that came in asking for a Gargantuan thinking she was at JJ .. They did not Crack up and embarrass her as I would have, instead they made the replica.. A Sub Above is an understatement. location 13142
