Staff was friendly and greeted us when we entered. The ice cream was good and just a notch below Cold Stone. The only thing that dampened my rating is charging 3% for using a credit card for payment. If this is how they choose to do business, it would be fair to inform customers with a sign posted at the counter. Due to this policy, I will not be back. Be aware, pay cash to avoid the 3% credit card fee. ?
In all my experiences of going to ice cream shops, I can safely say that Lutz Scoops has been the most wonderful establishment I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is welcoming, kind, and brightens your day. I would especially like to shout out my server Julianna, who served me with the upmost positivity. Overall, would 100% come back again.
Cute Mom/Pop creamery in the neighbourhood; perfect spot for a little ice cream date!I had the mango and black cherry, both very good.Def worth checking out. If you aim to be a regular, best join their rewards program
