I have so many positive things to say about nourish! The shakes and teas are absolutely delicious and Domarys, the owner, is amazing. She has truly motivated me on my fitness journey and has gone above and beyond to do so!! I couldn’t be happier that I found this place. 10/10 recommend to everyone!
Nourish Tampa is a vibe! The first day I went in I took the HIIT and drum classes and they were a fun way to workout. Everyone in the class was drinking these really pretty Teas/energy drinks. The next day I went in and had an acai berry bowl which was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and healthy. Definitely stop by and check it out, the shop owner is very sweet!
