About McDonald's

McDonald's has friendly staff and a clean store, with convenient kiosks for contactless orders. They handle busy periods well. The customer service impressed one visitor who got fresh, hot fries after a polite request. The staff was accommodating, even upgrading the fries for free. However, some customers experienced issues. One mentioned that the manager was very rude when trying to pay the difference after ordering the wrong meal, and was told no refund or exchange was possible. Another customer was disappointed that they couldn’t exchange a toy for the advertised one, as new toys only come after all the old ones are gone. The quality of the food was generally good, but some found the snack wraps spicy when they wanted non-spicy, and felt the quality did not match the price. The restaurant was sometimes messy, especially around the trash can area. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and always had a smile.
