Customer service is not that hard. All you have to do is fake that you want to be there. Everyone working in the window is just grumpy women with attitude. Almost asked for a refund.

This place has horrible staff everytime i go here they are with an attitude and very rude!!! I ordered someting of door dash today and recived the wrong order called to ask if there was anyway to get my order corrected if i would go over there and the staff member hung the phone up! This place needs better staff

Never have coffee available when I order it. Might as well take it off the menu! Since the food is awful, I won’t be back. The burger I got today was inedible. Over $3 for a tiny McDouble is ridiculous. Meat was a weird chewy consistency & and the bun was hard. I special ordered but it still tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours.

The woman that didnot serve me i dont know if she was the manager or not but she was rude because i scanned my rewards app i told her i didnot know she was still working on the last order there was nobody in the front lobby except me she made me feel like i was being not respectful turge her all i said was i didnot know geez and she told me to get out and if you dont ill call the cops and get you banned from the property wow i just left and went to another one that greets and serves with a smile if you have a bad day or you dont like your job leave it at home not where you work ?✌️

I order breakfast because was not yet so I order a breakfast chicken sandwich n it’s supposed to be light brown yellow colored n this one came to me dark brown it’s reheated it’s disgusting it was for my daughter she refused to eat this I don’t blame her please don’t give me reheated food it’s already bacterialized ugh I’m paying my money for old garbage cus that’s where it went in the trash sorry but I had to vent over this nasty food

The manager on duty 2/20/24 a black female that looks very manly dress very dirty(looks like the janitor cleaning toilets)was just nasty. There system was down and she was not listening to any explanation and ask me to leave the store after I requested area manager's phone number. Very uneducated and sad the McDonald's just don't give a Mcfuck who they hire for management.

I don't know who the older manager on duty was this morning, but she's rude, and talks to her employees like dirt. A simpleistake was made on my order, and I offered to pay the difference, it wasn't a big deal. It really wasn't. She was snippy, loud, and just down right rude. The young lady who was handing me my order looked like she was scared to say anything to me. This is not the first time I've seen this with this managerFood was good, and I'd like to give the store itself a better rating, but not until that manager is gone

I’ve never been so impressed by McDonalds customer service!!After a long day of work- my husband & I just wanted some hot, fresh, fries. But, what we got were some tired, sad fries. We went back through the drive-thru and asked for some fresh ones (I sound like a Karen- but I promise we asked nicely). They were more than accommodating when making us new ones! They were so nice about it and super helpful. We waited happily for our fries and when they brought them out- they were PERFECT! Annnddddd they upgraded my small fries to a medium one for free. I’ve never had this type of service at a McDonalds! Thanks guys. These fries were the perfect reward after a long days work.
