Disappointed in the quality of the food and underwhelming service. Pollo Tropical is okay if you're seeking a quick meal that's not typical fast food, but the overall experience is bland at best.

In the past, there were more menu options. Restaurant was relatively empty and order still took a long time. This was a go to for our family, but seems like over the years the service and menu is not the same as it was.

I made a mistake on a large order this evening. Peter jumped in to help rectify my issue and took such good care of me. Everything was so delicious and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much!
