HORRIBLE! The reason why their meat is so dry is because they reuse their meat! It's NOT fresh daily. I got this information from an employee that works there. I have food poisoning from the shrimp at the salad bar. Apparently, the food is reused at the salad bar too per an employee. They just make it look like it's fresh. This is coming from an employee which I will not name. DON'T GO HERE!

We had a great experience at Rodizio Grill in Tampa! The food was delicious, with a great selection of meats and an excellent salad bar. The service was just as impressive. Our server, Sophia, was friendly and attentive, and Parker was a standout gaucho who made sure we never missed out on the best cuts. Overall, a wonderful dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Sophia was our waitress and Jaileen was our host, and both of them made this entire experience so memorable! Sophia did a wonderful job explaining how the restaurant works, and checked in often even when she was busy running all around. She was kind and helpful. This was our first experience here and we will definitely be back. Parker also stood out in this memorable dining experience. Can’t wait to come back
