“I was going to gatekeep this place, but it feels cruel. This store deserves more recognition among Tampa and Wesley Chapel folks. I have tried their Deerioca brown sugar, orange peach oolong, matcha deerioco brown sugar, cold brew, and jasmine tea with moderate sugar and green tea jelly topping. I do prefer their tea drinks more as the taste is intensely flavorful with a hint of sweetness. I especially love the texture of their toppings - specifically green tea jelly - and they also give you A LOT, which is so generous of them. I consider their tea to be really authentic as they keep you up at night. Their brown sugar is good compared to others as it's not drowned in syrup and it has moderate sweetness. The atmosphere is pretty chill and quiet, considering it's in a shopping center. The location is easy to spot with spacious room for studying & chitchatting with your friends. The customer service is okay; it's not like they go beyond and over but minimum enough to keep you coming back. Overall, 100% recommend this when you have a chance to visit Wiregrass or just down in the area, or simply just craving some authentic milk tea with high quality!“

“I skidded into this place on two wheels completely overwhelmed with anxiety. I'd never tried kava or kratom and I had a nice chat with Tom and left with a sugar free peach drink that I'm now convinced I'm not supposed to live without. I'm SO glad I found this place and I will definitely be back to continue my kava education with Tom/kava YODA. THX, TOM for your help, time and for turning that AWFUL day around.“

This was my first ever visit to this hidden treasure called University Boba. The cutest not so little, was presently surprised at the interior restaurant space. The vibe is also adorable and really clean. Lily is who made my drinks, greeted me as soon as I came in and she was very inviting and really friendly. It was like ordering from a friend not someone who seems bothered you want to order and can't wait to get off the clock. Which was such a refreshing change! I got 2 drinks, 1 was a Charmander which was a suggestion from Lily only difference I added mango popping boba EXCELLENT it's a blended fruity drink 10/10 it actually had more than five l
Popping bobas like most places and drink 2 which I feel like if you're going to have boba the brown sugar milk tea is a staple drink however I must say I have not found anyone in the area that has one that is this delicious the quality of the jelly boba was fantastic with plenty as well so AGAIN 10/10. “Steep Station has seriously leveled up under the new management. The vibe is cleaner, more focused, and you can tell there’s real pride behind the scenes now. The whole place runs smoother, and the energy feels more intentional—like they actually care about the space and the people walking through the door.

The manager is clearly locked in. You can see the passion behind the way things are run, and the results speak for themselves. Shoutout to Cheyenne for setting a new standard without making it about her—it’s about the experience now.“
