Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Today was my first visit to a Zaxby's. I was hoping for more. The order taker, while sincere I am sure, was the wrong person for the job. He mumbled and did not communicate well. The food came out FAST, almost too fast making us wonder how much of it was already cooked and just under a warming lamp. The fries were way too salty and Publix has much better tenders. The Zaxby sauce was nothing special in our opinion. On the plus side, the servings were generous. We both agreed that we should have gotten takeaway and eaten in the car. The brown, brown & brown accented by brown decor was depressing and not at all pleasing. The music was obnoxious and too loud. The chairs were uncomfortable but admittedly sturdy. I will say the place was very clean. I love going to a new place and being excited by the food and leaving a 5 STAR review. I am sorry not to be able to do it here.

I’ve been to this location over 30 times lol that’s sad but customer service is a 10/10 the food perfectly cooked 10/10 they are quick getting orders out. The only complaint I have (very small) would be having to come back a second time due to getting unsweet tea rather than sweet. Tiny mishaps but they always make it right. Love you Zaxbys 😅

This place has the best Chicken 🐔 fingers out of Chick-Fil-A or PDQ? Ever since I tried Zaxby's, it's been the best experience and so delicious. I can't get enough of the chicken tenders and the buffalo garlic sauce is awesome 👍🏻😎 CAMERON.

I came here 2 years ago and ate it this time, and the salad taste was so delicious.

Ordered two salads online and paid over $20. It didn’t even have a handful of lettuce. The have really gone down hill. We would go at least once a week. They have lost my business.

Today i went through the drive thru around 5PM and received the best customer service. She was very patient with me even when we were having hearing connections while ordering my food. When I got to the window, I legit receive my food in less than two minutes of sitting there. The past few times I have been to food places they tell me to pull up and wait about 10 minutes. My food was amazing. It was so fresh and my fries were seasoned to perfection. Rocky was the general manager I talked to on the phone at the time while expressing my enjoyment!!

Small portions. Arrived cold. Lacking flavor. Watered down coleslaw. Nothing like other Zaxby's I've had in the past. I tried this place a year ago and recently, was below subpar each time.

I met 3 groups of people my last visit that had never been to a Zaxbys before. They all enjoyed their meals in the end. My wife and I ordered the chicken tacos, so most of the others in the groups did too. Wow really good! First time I had those and be back for more this weekend.
