Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Feel like they changed there chicken from what I remember. I didn't care for it. Service was great.

The lady at the drive thru was very sweet to my mom & we enjoyed Chicken Bacon Quesadilla. The server brought out our food right away and she was sweet to us as well!

The food is good, however, I feel like the chicken strips have gotten smaller. A bit disappointed with the size of the tenders and the cost. Still good food. Just not the proportion it once was.

The service is going down. Picked up a salad today. Got gone to brown spots and bad lettuce, hard old toast and missing eggs. Not ok.

First and the last time I'll be going to Zaxby's. The price of the kids meal is 6.45 on the menu at the drive through. They charged me 7.45. when I brought it to the girls attention that the price was 1.00 more, she said that's the price in her computer. No offer to check the price, no offer to reduce the price charged. Nothing. I checked the price online as well. It's 6.45. I thought maybe I looked at it wrong. So I won't be going back. Plus it took a long time to get 2 chicken tenders. No big deal on how long it took. I was willing to wait.... But now willing to be charged more.

this zaxbys need help major training before someone place there order and you are out of soft drinks.You let them know, don't try to charge them for upgraded lemonade all drinks come with the meal.also fries was very soggy not cooked tenders were overcooked and dried.

Ordered curbside pickup and it looked like others going through drive thru were getting their food faster. After 20 (+) minutes we were thinking there’s no way it can be taking this long so went back through the drive thru and sure enough our food was just sitting on the counter and no one said anything.

Would not recommend, took 15 minutes to get the order ready when it said ready on the app.
