awful customer service, not acknowledging or taking care of customers, door locked on side when posted hours say open, employees there, but not acknowledging or taking care of customers
They were extremely understaffed and we have been waiting for 20 minutes and still don’t have any food, only two cars in front of us.
Saw a kid make my food with gloves, then used his gloves left and dug in his ear. We told the manager and she didn't care. Then, the general manager got involved and demanded for the young sandwich maker to wash his hands.
