Zaxby’s continues to supply with a great chicken sandwich it’s crispy and it actually tastes like real chicken. I love how they have a soda machine that serves unique flavors of Coke ,Sprite and Fanta! Would recommend!
I love Zaxbys, but the Macclenny store is the worst one...consistently! Numerous times they've gotten my order wrong, or left the dipping sauce out (and charged me extra to get it), or the drink machine is out of some drinks. Today it was out of ALL the drinks that I can have that I like. So I paid for free water...again. Happens a lot here. I've complained to the store and to corporate numerous times, but NO ONE from that store will contact me. It's been well over a year...read full review

I always go through the drive thru. I just wanted to say that Brittany and Connor are always smiling and upbeat. My order is never messed up and the whole ordering process is efficient.
