“We had great lasagna and chicken parmigiana and martinis at the restaurant right next door, which shares and prepares the menu with the Hippie. The Saltwater Hippie had live music and a big open patio. Fun environment, it was crowded but everyone was very nice. My friend with me was tired so didn’t get to stay for long after dinner. Hope to visit again .”

“Pirates Pub is one of those places we come to every so often—and then we remember how good it is, which is exactly why we keep coming back. Cold beers, a great location, and a laid-back local vibe that never disappoints.

The food is consistently solid. The Pirate vs Burger was a standout—juicy, flavorful, and the fresh jalapeños gave it the perfect kick. We also had the clams in white wine sauce, and they were excellent: tender clams with a bright, savory sauce that was perfect for dipping. The fish dip is fresh and always a great start, too.

Service was great as well—Holly the bartender was kind, attentive, and made the experience even better. Reliable spot, great food, and a place we’ll keep coming back to.”

“This was one of the best meals, and definitely the best breakfast we had in the Clearwater-Treasure Island-St Pete Beach area. We almost never go back to places more than once when we travel because we want to try different places, but we went back to Corner Kitchen twice! They have music on weekends, a nice chill outdoor courtyard with couches and cornhole and a fun, coffee house vibe. Smoothies were great, lattes hit the spot and the breakfast BLT was fantastic! They do take out pretty quickly too if you have late sleepers. Friendly and fun staff.”

“This place is a hidden chocolate lovers dream! The staff was genuinely friendly, and got to meet the chocolatier making the Dubai bars. She said she makes almost all the chocolates there. I love chocolate and wasn’t expecting anything too exciting with my chocolate and mm covered rice crispy treat but omg. That chocolate was PERFECTLY tempered and smoooooth as silk. This is def not just melted down chocolate chips. Someone knows what they’re doing and it’s clear there’s years of experience going on. Oh. And SIXTEEN flavor of old fashion fruit slice candies. Try the chocolate covered bacon. Just do it!”

“My friends and I are in town for the week and asked a local for a good place to get a burger. He recommended Daiquiri Shak. We walked into a warm welcome by a server who was leaving for the day, but she took the time to greet us and seat us. Then our very friendly server arrived at our table and welcomed us again and told us the specials. We ordered the shrimp and crab dip-omg-it was so delicious! Then we all ordered burgers. First bite into the burger we knew we hit the jackpot for a delicious, flavorful burger! It was beyond our expectations! Our server was the lovely Kelsey, and she was exceptional! Very attentive and so friendly! We are going back again while we are in town! Way to go Daiquiri Shak for great service and food! And a huge thank you to Kelsey for making us feel welcome!”

“Took my employees here for a quick lunch yesterday. Service was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The view was even better. We started off with the mad nachos it was huge and absolutely delicious! Hit the spot! I had the Birria Tacos with Consomé it was extremely flavorful and tender (If you want the birria tacos, go earlier rather than later,since they sell out. ) Since it’s in a tourist area, the menu reflects both local flavor and appeal for visitors. We are not alcohol drinkers, but looking around at the other tables, the drinks looked refreshing. Everything came very fast. I would recommend this restaurant for groups. We will be coming back soon for dinner.”

“We recently visited while on vacation and we could not have gotten better service, or a better waitress, thank you Micah! Even though it was super chaotic she still made sure that we were taken care of, between running back and forth to take care of all her other tables and everything else going on. She was so kind and even let us hangout longer while there was an incident going on across the pass that forced them to close when the power went out. She even gave us some frisbees to take home for our boy! We went back a few nights later just to stop in and say hello again. If you’re visiting and have her as your waitress/bartender, I am certain you will have outstanding service! 😊”
