“Pirates Pub is one of those places we come to every so often—and then we remember how good it is, which is exactly why we keep coming back. Cold beers, a great location, and a laid-back local vibe that never disappoints.

The food is consistently solid. The Pirate vs Burger was a standout—juicy, flavorful, and the fresh jalapeños gave it the perfect kick. We also had the clams in white wine sauce, and they were excellent: tender clams with a bright, savory sauce that was perfect for dipping. The fish dip is fresh and always a great start, too.

Service was great as well—Holly the bartender was kind, attentive, and made the experience even better. Reliable spot, great food, and a place we’ll keep coming back to.“

“We recently visited while on vacation and we could not have gotten better service, or a better waitress, thank you Micah! Even though it was super chaotic she still made sure that we were taken care of, between running back and forth to take care of all her other tables and everything else going on. She was so kind and even let us hangout longer while there was an incident going on across the pass that forced them to close when the power went out. She even gave us some frisbees to take home for our boy! We went back a few nights later just to stop in and say hello again. If you’re visiting and have her as your waitress/bartender, I am certain you will have outstanding service! 😊“

“Enjoyed dinner here with family while visiting over the Holidays in December. Went on a weeknight and no wait. Very friendly staff! Teenagers enjoyed the retro video game system right at our table. Our 7 year old had fun with the arcade games and indoor Cornhole. Lots of food options. Had starters of Fried pickles (flavorful batter), Coconut Shrimp (great mango chutney) and Gator Chomps (somewhat bland batter but good dipping sauce). Entrees included steamed shrimp and burgers which were all good. Great fun atmosphere but I imagine might be loud on a crowded night. Lots of outside seating on their balcony also.“

“My friends and I are in town for the week and asked a local for a good place to get a burger. He recommended Daiquiri Shak. We walked into a warm welcome by a server who was leaving for the day, but she took the time to greet us and seat us. Then our very friendly server arrived at our table and welcomed us again and told us the specials. We ordered the shrimp and crab dip-omg-it was so delicious! Then we all ordered burgers. First bite into the burger we knew we hit the jackpot for a delicious, flavorful burger! It was beyond our expectations! Our server was the lovely Kelsey, and she was exceptional! Very attentive and so friendly! We are going back again while we are in town! Way to go Daiquiri Shak for great service and food! And a huge thank you to Kelsey for making us feel welcome!“

“The Best Place to eat on the beach! Awesome view of the Gulf. Great food and the best service! Try the Fish and chips , my fish was hanging off both side of my plate. The manager Ian runs this place like a top! I even tried to hire him (sorry Caddy’s owner) but he loves his job here.“
