407 Gelato (Maitland)

The menu online for maitland 407 gelato cafe needs to be updated. I was charged over $11.00 for a nutella crepe with not anything special on it. I wasn't expecting that price because the menu online stated that it's over $7.00.The service was good, but it was too overpriced for one crepe.

Came here for middle of the afternoon date dessert with wife. Combined a Grand Floridian Waffle with two scoops of gelato. Got Strawberry and Straciatella(vanilla with dark chocolate which you should absolutely sample). The combo was over $22 with tax. Probably could have saved some money if I had just ordered a large instead of a double. Waffle was well made with good amount of toppings. Asked for whipped cream to make for excellent dessert. Would challenge others to come and make their own favorite combo for a great date.

The gelato was delicious. There were 2 people who served us, a young man and a young woman. The young man was super friendly and suggested great combinations. He was honest when we asked his opinion on putting flavors together. He went above and beyond to make our experience great.I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because when the young woman was serving my gelato, I saw her attempting to remove something and being unsuccessful, she just shrugged and handed it to the man to finish. When he handed it to me, of course I checked to see what she was doing and I ended up pulling out a foot long hair. The man saw and was embarrassed and immediately asked for my cone back and remade it.

407 Gelato in Maitland is my "go to" place for gelato. My daughter, husband and I absolutely LOVE it. The flavors are great and Karen is always so friendly. I'm in my happy place whenever I'm there!

Beautiful service, Kind people, Are very open and give great portions for the prize. Come almost daily and the enjoyment and quality of the product is outstanding. 10/10 For Me

I was there March 7 and my card was charged twice. I’ve been calling trying to resolve this fraudulent matter to no avail. No one answers and there is no voicemail. Workers can’t be trusted!!! The owner emailed me After I left a bad review about fraudulent charges on my card and I have yet to receive my money back. Employees and owner can’t be trusted!!!!! Don’t use your debit or credit card there, they like to take money that doesn’t belong to them and the owner condones it!

We tried a few different kinds of gelatos that were really good. The staff was helpful and kind. I really liked the croissant with the apples.

Best dessert in the area! They have so many different types to choose from and all the ones I tried were delicious. The dessert is also beautifully crafted. I can't wait to go again!

The 407 Gelatos are always fresh and taste very good...my daughter love the nutella flavor. Delicioso!
