Ate at Houndstooth Kitchen for the first time. Everything was Excellent! The people were very friendly. Service was very good. The food was Fabluous!!! I had the Reuben with the Tomato Basil Soup and my daughter had the Cuban! Then the Reese's Chocolate Chunk Cookie for dessert! OMG!!! I'll be a regular for lunch!

I've been here twice now and it's my new go-to for fresh sandwiches. The owners are super nice and very accommodating to our toddler. If you want something savory, the Cuban or the lemon thyme are some of the best and most flavorful I've had. If you're looking for sweet, the poppyseed coleslaw is next level. It's cutely tucked away on the lane that all the Sunday farmers markets are held, with adorable houndstooth decor and aprons. Fast, affordable, tasty, and friendly - what more can you ask for?

Don't miss this place! Fresh ingredients & food! This is my favorite place to run to for a delicious lunch. All the paninis are delicious, but my personal favorite would have to be the Chicken Avocado Panini. Don't miss the macaroni salad, either! Thank you to Monica for always being a delight to see.

Best BBQ sandwich I have ever had.

My boyfriend and I eat here all the time, it never gets old. I get the same thing every single time (the chicken avocado sandwich, first one on the menu) and he gets the chicken salad sandwich. The turkey chili and mac salad are also phenomenal. Staff has always been friendly to us and never disappoints :) we love houndstooth! Bonus points for all the cute dogs outside

Finally stopped into Houndstooth a few days ago! We have been coming to this area for a while now, but just finally stopped to eat here. It's a small place with only 2 little tables on the inside, but lots of outdoor seating. Mainly for to go orders or to eat outside.

They specialize in sandwiches, but also offer tacos, soups, and salads. I opted for the Lemon. Thyme Turkey sandwich with a side of macaroni salad! I was in between than and the potato salad. The owner/manager was there and she let me try both! It was a tough choice. My friend got the tacos which looked amazing too. They do offer large portions of sides and soups to go in their cooler too. Price was $14 for the sandwich and just $1 to add the side.

Service was excellent and the food was prepared quickly. If you want a quick lunch stop, come here!

Stopped in today for a cold weather pick me up and had a heavenly turkey panini with cup of tomato soup. The husband and wife owners are dedicated to home cooking quality and are super appreciative of their loyal customers. I never leave without a pint of their chicken salad, soup and pickles. We have also ordered catering for holidays and parties - the food is simply delicious and has been since we first discovered them at East End Market many years ago.
