Go visit this branch in Maitland! The staff here are happy. You will be amazed by the customer service from Hayden and Marquiz. I had a cumbersome order, shyly before 10p onn12/2/24, and they joyfully carried it out as they were closing. It is so refreshing to still have genuine, respectful customer service. I really felt valued. Jeremiah's should be proud that they represent the company with such integrity. Thank you, Hayden and Marquiz for being attentive and caring. Yes, it matters!! And because of this, I will return to this establishment.

Service was friendly and food is great. There are many flavors to choose from. My only issue with this particular location is that the parking and parking lot can be difficult when getting directions. We had to park in one lot and walk down to another one that would give some with mobility issues a very hard time.

Typical soft serve nothing special there. I dont like that they dont have a simple chocolate syrup or glaze to put on the cups but the speciality ice creams have kool flavors. Bottom line.. its nice people and a fun stop on a hot summer night. Prices are fair . I do higly recommend a swirl cone with rainbow sprinkles..
