This place has a really nice vibe with good menu options. its has great views of the marina as well. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to enjoy the outdoor weather and views so we decide to do happy hour here. To our dismay , happy hour is only available inside at the bar not even a table with a view. We checked the other restaurants next door and each had available seating outdoors for happy hour. Needless to say that's what we did. Mango's really needs to rethink...
Me and my husband had a lunch Oct 11 2024 3pm we specifically ask if fish are fresh? So the Server went to the kitchen and ask if it was fresh, then later came back and told us it was Delivered yesterday, so we proceed with our orders and when they served our food the Grouper was so hard it like a Chicken breast we were so mad. We call the Server and She sent it back in the Kitchen She was so Apologetic and ask us if we want to order something else, but we said no. Their Manager...
I called about a gift card I received for Christmas, was told they could look it up if I came in with ID, I went and asked for the manager to look it up. It was not busy btw. He put in 0 effort to help find it! The bartender was amazing, I ordered food, paid for it and left. It’s not the money it’s the principle. People who say “yes I’m the manager” should at least try to give some effort!
