Hi we came tonight. Ice cream was good. I think Jayden needs some customer service courses and maybe a smile or two. He seemed annoyed when I asked him if he had pistachio icecream and also had no idea what kalifa was. I asked these questions because we had got these at a diff location. He def thought we were tourists but he was wrong local business owners
My husband loves ice-cream cake. So for his 50th, celebrated in Marco Island I was in need to find a place that made them. I was over-the-top excited when I found this Cold Stone so close to where we were staying. In advanced, I ordered two cakes as I had this idea to create a two tier cake. Maria was so helpful. She listened to my idea and knew exactly what to do. The cakes were freshly made and were ready at pickup.
Friendly, attentive staff with excellent customer service! Lots of ice cream flavors and cone/toppings options. Great location, walkable to other restaurants and nearby resorts.
