Seated near bathroom and serving area so not pleasant. I would also suggest that when you order a meal that has corn and mashed potatoes and asparagus that you don't pile them all on top of each other. I didn't order succotash however that is what I got.

Beautiful new building with very modern motif and decorations. Charleston Low Country menu is very unique and new to Marco and probable Naples as well. It is pricey.

This was our second time to The Collier House Restaurant. The food, service and ambience were excellent at both visits. The menu is a mix of Florida and southern comfort food. A wide array of options from appetizers, salads, small plates, sandwiches and entrees. Drinks were also excellent. The ambience is modern coastal Florida with huge bar, veranda, and outdoor seating. Love this new restaurant with ties to the original Marek's on Marco Island!

We were excited to try the reopened Mareks. It was our favorite on Marco Island for years. Unfortunately it completely changed. No longer unique venue and the menu didn't have the innovative cuisine we had come to expect. Fish was fresh but nothing special. Waitstaff was uninformed about items on the menu and very little knowledge of allergies

We have been here twice enjoyed both events. Pork Chop is delicious!!! Ribs out of this world. Shrimp and Grits surprisingly delicious. Loved the lettuce wraps. Great staff

Was disappointed that I specifically reserved the veranda - upon arrival was told that the entire veranda was reserved for a party - while we dined others were seated in that area we had reserved- don't ask for seating preference if it will not be honored.

Unique menu and atmosphere. Just something really different with any food options for everyone. Also, many seating options. outdoors, indoors, bat seating and high top seating with large TV's. Also quieter seating more formal. Highly reccomend!

Nice selection of choices on menu. Ribs were fall of bone like candy delicious! Coleslaw very creamy which made it a nice accompaniment. Deviled eggs alittle on the bland side but still good. Tenderloin tips and creamy mashed potatoes very nicely presented in a martini glass under small plate and the beef was very tender and excellent mashed potatoes. Waitstaff extremely friendly. Nice decor!

Excellent meal with friends. The Beef Wellington was perfectly prepared. My friends' meals were tasty but they reported that the pork and fried chicken were a bit dry, so not as satisfying as my meal. Order wisely!
