Cafe Sol, formerly East Coffee, is a cute and quaint cafe with a pleasant, chill atmosphere. The friendly owner is talented and bakes homemade bread and pastries. The coffee is delicious, spot on, and perfect, with options like cafe con leche and toasted coffee with marshmallow. The menu includes crepes like the El Carne, sandwiches such as the eggs and brie on a croissant, empanadas, and full breakfasts, all made fresh with care. While the meat in a crepe can be a little tough, it is very savory, and the vegetables and thicker crepe are liked. Service is excellent and friendly. The cafe is a great place to sit, have coffee, and work, with a handful of tables inside and outside. It is a wonderful new business to try and support.
