I had a mistake on on of my orders and they were very helpful and replaced it with the right one
So, it's been about a month and a half that Papa Johns website AND app have been down, and can't order from either. I have had a few instances that I felt uneasy about when placing an order over the phone with my credit card. First two times it was a language barrier, repeating myself over and over, and they still got my order wrong. Gave them another shot, third time, I got a person that sounded like she was from the Loud Family, and sounded like she was yelling and even yelled...read full review
