For those of you who are unaware (most people) this is against the law and cannot be done. The business has been notified of their infraction and hopefully your next visit will not include this surcharge. If it does, be sure to dispute the fee. I ordered the vegetable soup, and it was one of the best vegetable soup I had ever had quite condensed with tofu and the vegetables. I also ordered the spicy tuna sushi rolls excellent. I even like the seaweed wrap that they use, which was very different from other places that I have been a patron of. I will go again and make it one of my regular places to eat. I do agree with other reviews that it is some of the best sushi I have had in this particular area of Florida.“

He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. “First time going to Kubo and the food, service, and atmosphere was all great. I had the Hawaiian Poke bowl, and my partner had to the Unagi (Eel) Poke bowl. We were both very happy and satisfied with our main dish. The miso soup was little over salted but a splash of water calmed that down real quick. I ordered an app of Tako Yaki which I also enjoyed, just wished they gave 6 instead of 5 balls lol.
My friend that was there as well ordered like the fried chicken bao bun. It was so good she placed a 2nd order after getting her main dish of Shoyu Ramen, which she also thoroughly enjoyed. Had to loosen a button after that meal
We do plan on coming back to again to try more of their great food and maybe even get a dessert because I saw on the menu there was a basque cheesecake that I really wanna try 😅“
