“The owners are some of the nicest people I know in Marianna. The fact that they run one of my favorite restaurants is a bonus for sure. I have never eaten anything at Ume that I didn't love. Please eat here as often as you can! Just fantastic food and service! It feels like I'm eating at home.“

“Totally enjoyed every minute! Food was perfectly spaced to be eaten, and our server was amazing. Two of us had steak and chicken hibachi, onion soup, ranch salad, and a spicy tuna roll. One of us had 2 spicy tuna rolls, a Mississippi roll, and two orders of ragoons. It's was all amazing.“
