I'd give it closer to 2.6 stars. That said, I ordered a cold brew. And nearly every other Starbucks around here typically fills their cups a ¼ to maybe ⅓ of the way with ice. I get it. It's cool. This Starbucks filled my order almost immediately after I placed it in the app. I didn't get to the store until about 25mins later. My cup was visibly sitting in a pool of its own condensation. Very sweet and helpful staff. fast service. A week ago my sister ordered food on the app, i picked it up but forgot her other items. We called and they said they have it we just have to come pick it up. We came back like maybe a hour or two later and to our surprise, not only did they give us the food my sister ordered, but they remade her order fresh. Including her drink.
