Went to get 2 simple chicken quesadillas and they were a little cold,didn't realize till we got home. Lady at the window was nice,but tell y'alls cooks to learn how to make food
The AI in drive thru was confused by my order but the staff was friendly and quickly resolved the problem at the window. I had the same experience at the one on Beal Rd recently. The employees at both locations were great and made the food how I wanted
The auto robot on the intercom is frustrating. The drive thru cashier was so polite and easy going. I was missing an item out of my order and she turns to (im assuming shift lead/mgr) which tells her to just tell me to pull up.... there's no one behind me nor is there anywhere to pull up except around again in the parking lot (opposite direction of where I was headed).
