I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after I ordered my food and got home and my order was wrong I called the manager and he was rude and said to call customer service I can't stand this place now thank
The wife ordered me a Baconator weeks ago and brought it home, and it didn't have the right bread. I called, and the manager Rajay Swell he told me that the next time I come in, he'll take care of me. I went today, and he was the most nicest guy. He remembered me, and he did take care of me by providing me with another Baconator. People like him make me continue to come back, keep up the good work, leadership, and good attitude!!!

The woman at the fast food checkout yesterday around 3:30 p.m. acted bitter and nonchalant. The small fry was mini? Did wendy's downsize the small fry? The burger had barely any love in it. 1 pickle, 1 tiny slice of onion, and 1 tiny piece of lettuce for a jr deluxe. I've gotten A LOT better deluxe burgers from the wendy's in Pensacola. 0 star.
