My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.

Ordered two iced lattes two days ago and both tasted burnt. They use a La Marzocco espresso machine (which I am very familiar with myself) but both drinks tasted as though the espresso was under extracted. Essentially burnt and sour milk over ice. As this was my second time trying them I am still unimpressed. Won’t be coming back - much better coffee shops in the area.

Best coffee and shakes in town!! Love this place!

Dietary restrictions: They have the most sugar free options I’ve seen anywhere!! As a diabetic I’ve never felt more welcomed by so many options, normally I have one maybe two choices but 7 brew has them all!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of milkshake and fruit drink options for the kids
