Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves good chicken with extremely tender strips that are always fresh. The chicken is extra crispy, and the fries are outstanding and usually seasoned just right. The shakes are thick and delicious, and even the salads are good. The grilled chicken salad and grilled chicken sandwich are available options. The food is very fresh and nice hot. However, the service can be inconsistent. The staff is nicer lately, and one manager hooked a customer up with a large craft lemonade. On the other hand, the drive-through often has a long wait of at least 30 minutes, and they sometimes skimp the sauce cheese and bacon on the loaded fries. The service on the speaker box can also have a not so nice vibe.
