Visited Pho Cali with my mom and had a wonderful experience. The pho was rich and flavorful with fresh ingredients, and the portions were very generous. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Clean, comfortable atmosphere and great food—we’ll definitely be back!“

“Copied from a friend review, I am said friend: Came here for a nice meal and a simple cup of tea. My friend asked for a refill and the waitress looked at him like he was trying to smuggle tea leaves out of Boston Harbor. Apparently, he had already hit his "4-refill limit" (breaking news to both of us, I didn't get four refills) and was rudely advised that if he wanted more tea, he could "go to the supermarket and buy some tea bags himself."' I wasn't aware we were being graded on our tea consumption, but here we are. To add to the fun, the price has gone up by $2 since our last visit, so I suppose the extra charge covers the new refill enforcement department. Between the tea police, the refill quota, and the inflation surcharge, this place has brewed its last cup for us. 🍵“
