This is a nice little place near our hotel (Home 2 suites). We were able to get a small pizza (good for 2), greek salad, 2 drinks for $20! Unheard of in 2025. The atmosphere was laid back and friendly. The food was good, not just junk thrown together.

We stopped by to get our child a pizza & it was beyond disappointing. It was burnt, it had the thinnest dough, it looked like that should’ve been the cheese bc of how thin it was. Just very very disappointing. It tasted like rubber, and although the pizza itself was basically burnt, the chicken tasted like it wasn’t even cooked…
With allergies, this is one of our go to spots when out and about and it was beyond disappointing.

Hubby and I stopped by after a movie date. I had the lunch special with a build your own pizza and salad. The blood orange lemonade is wonderful, but now a tad too sweet for my healthier trained taste buds. Perhaps a future version made with splenda??
Anyway, the staff is a friendly bunch and your food is received rather quickly. We'll definitely stop by again when in the area.

For the price, they’re doing an excellent job. The crust is fresh and delicious, service is fast, and the pricing is great—you can add unlimited toppings without extra charge. The location is fantastic, though it seems they only focus on the lunch crowd. By dinnertime, the place is almost eerily quiet.

It's a unique and fun dining experience. You go through the pizza making line and an employee will build your pizza for you. Starting from an empty pizza dough you tell the employee what kind of sauce you want and which toppings you would like on your personal pizza. When you're finished with the toppings you pay the cashier, fill up your soft drink and sit at a table. The pizza is brought to your table when it's cooked. This was my first time to any Blaze Pizza and I can't wait to go back.

So this is the first time we ordered for delivery and never again. For deliveries of any kind I do cash tipping, but I noticed after submitting the order that they included in the total cost a delivery fee of $2.99, a tip of $2.99 which is approx 15% of the order amount and also a fee” of $3.00 hidden in the “Taxes & Fees” dropdown with no explanation. That’s $9 in tips and fees, which is almost half the amount the pizza cost, which was $19.95, and burnt. I put in an order for pickup just to see final total, and they still self added a 15% tip, who does that? Absolutely insane and a shady business model. Pizza was mediocre at best and way overcooked
Food is great. No issues with it. Service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The Manager on duty this evening (3/14/2025) has no reason to be dealing with customers. He has no insight in how to address patrons entering the establishment and is consistently rude when we have interfaced with him. Specifically, when it was communicated that we were missing a pizza he told us we were "holding up the line" and was not interested in trying to support our allergen needs. I would highly encourage the franchise owner to find someone that actually cares about serving customers to replace him.

It is what you are paying for. Middle of the road quick and inexpensive food. The service was ok, nothing to write home about but not horrible. There was a huge population of staff behind the counter, and only one person to ring out and deliver food. The young lady was overwhelmed by 5 men standing at the counter waiting for take-away orders, and it also made it tough for dine in customers to get service.

Today, I called to place an order for pickup. After four attempts, someone finally answered. When I told her I wanted to place an order, she asked me to order online because they were extremely busy. I explained that I was driving and couldn't do that, but she put me on hold to switch computers and never picked up again.
Eventually, I managed to place the order online and picked it up (tables were not even 50% occupied). When I got home, I was disappointed—the pizza barely had any toppings, I could hardly taste the cheese, and it was burnt. I had only added ham and mushrooms, so it should have been simple.
It's frustrating when businesses grow or get busy and forget that customers choose them over many other options.

Unfortunately, there was MOLD in the parmesean shaker. I tried 6 (literal) tabletop shaker ALL HAD MOLD! However, they did rectify by remaking my food (because I poured MOLDY Parmesan all over My pizza before I realized it was moldy) and reimbursed me for the pizza. I recognize and appreciate that. However I ate MOLD... also forgot to add the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. Pee everywhere on the floor toilet sides etc. Felt like a truck stop bathroom.
