The cookies are great! Paying in cash takes longer as they ignore cash customers...I don't like putting $4 bill on a credit card. I am not a fan of crumbl cookie asking for a tip for handing you a cookie!! And of course their choices are 15% 20% 25% or custom for tip....Just to ignore you and then hand you a cookie? Over all the service is not really much of it. You order by a tablet and then wait to have your name called. It depends on the cookie you get but mostly it’s delicious and you can’t eat a whole one. Ask them to cut them in half and be ready to share. It is a sugar high and some are better than others. Price is ridiculous for cookies. You paying for the hype.
