Kristina and Bralyn were absolutely amazing, not only were the cookies absolutely delicious, I mean the best batch of crumbl cookies I’ve ever had and I’ve been eating their cookies since 2017! These ladies were not only professional, they gave me probably the best customer service experience, I’ve ever recieved. I’ve visited over 15+ locations accross the US and hands down this was no doubt the best cookies and experience I’ve ever had, the product and the overall experience was above a 10/10. I hotel these young ladies apart or management or higher, I was completely blown away. These is the #1 crumble I’ve ever been too.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Christina the "manager" was so rude and disrespectful. After messing up my order being picked up by a family member she hung up on me like a child. Someone like that is a poor representation of this company.

The cookies are great! Paying in cash takes longer as they ignore cash customers...I don't like putting $4 bill on a credit card. I am not a fan of crumbl cookie asking for a tip for handing you a cookie!! And of course their choices are 15% 20% 25% or custom for tip....Just to ignore you and then hand you a cookie? Im typically a generous tipper but it is getting ridiculous that they want a tip to hand you a cookie.Parking: In an outdoor mall so depends on the busyness of the mall.

Over all the service is not really much of it. You order by a tablet and then wait to have your name called. It depends on the cookie you get but mostly it’s delicious and you can’t eat a whole one. Ask them to cut them in half and be ready to share. It is a sugar high and some are better than others. Price is ridiculous for cookies. You paying for the hype.
