Not sure what's happening at this Boston Market lately. Unfriendly service, short on some foods ("delivery truck is only arriving on Wednesday..."), portions for the single meals seem a lot smaller than they used to...
I come here all the time I’m in love with their food, today I had a little problem with my meal but with the help of the manager we got to resolve it in seconds and he was very patient and understanding and even apologized for the mistake which I have 0 problems with the staff have been nothing but awesome towards me so thank you for taking care of me.
I've enjoyed Boston Market chicken as long as they have been in existence pre-franchise. I remember when they were just Boston Chicken with a little shop in Newton, MA--before every grocery store offered rotisserie chicken. Their chicken has the same flavor as always. It was always obvious to me that they were going to expand as they have.My fondness for their chicken has prevented me from trying many of their other offerings, it is still that good.
