Last time we were there we were greeted with a very nasty employee and the manager wasn't much better. They messed up our food but we ate in the restaurant so they fixed it. While we were there three others came in from drive thru stating the same thing. Made the mistake of going there and this time it was take out. They forgot the shake and coke was out of syrup.Guess they didnt like me stating this because when I asked for mayo packets the same employee gave them to me but made a remark to the same manager when I turned my back to leave. Manager told her that she should have told me they didn't have any... wow. What a great "manager". Food totally a mess this time..plain burgers with nothing on them, chicken fingers and nuggets were so gross that the dog wouldn't even touch them. BUT THATS NOT THE WORST PART.... THERE WAS A DEAD ROACH IN THE BOTTOM OF MY FRIES. Tried to call the restaurant about it that same night and got a constant busy signal for 2 hrs straight. Even called another Burger King and spoke woth the manager there and she just said wow, I'm so sorry and stated I wouldve never been treated that way at her restaurant. Out 30 bucks for food that was left under a heat lamp for hours and ROACH INFESTED. NEVER GO HERE.. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO THE OTHER ONE.

First let me say BK is my favorite fast food chain. The BK in Viera on Wickham however is an absolute dumpster fire. The drive through is rarely manned, they only have one person working at night so it takes more than 20 minutes to get your food, and the food is often made hours ahead of time and reheated. This location is poorly managed. I suggest finding a better BK if you want better quality and service.

This place never fails to impress. I went there around 10:45 they closed at 11 and the food was still fresh not the end of the shift. It’s like having an old style burger joint on demand. Love it!!!

Whopper was made very poorly. Whopper was a mess, and the cheese was just slapped on it. The cheese was not even melted! The Whopper patty was smaller than the bun.

We have come here the last 2 Sunday’s for breakfast. I have never been so impressed with the service and food in a fast food restaurant. I believe the lady that rang us up on our last visit might be the manager and if so, she’s doing a great job. After we got up, there was an employee already wiping down the table. We will be back!
