I’m in this location at least one day a week. The problem that I have with this location is one particular employee in his name is JAIR. I have no other choice but it stop coming to this location and going down to West Haven. I really hate this because this one’s like five minutes from my house this employee does Burger King a disservice. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. 10/18/2025 @ 5:00pm. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible attitude.
Burger King is a clean and friendly restaurant with wonderful staff who always get orders right. They offer delicious options like the Impossible Whopper and vegetable wrap, in addition to classics like the Whopper meal. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to please customers, even giving treats to furry friends. Customers have noted the exceptional customer service, with staff being welcoming, polite, and friendly. The quality of food, such as the sausage biscuit and small iced coffee with vanilla, has impressed many. The employee working the drive-through is often efficient and professional, providing outstanding service even during busy times. For a great meal, try ordering from the broiler for amazing results.
