The wait staff and the manager are amazing, but the cooks can't cook and that's just it! And when you pay that much money for a plate of food, you need it cooked right. My recommendation is to hire a professional chef that can oversee your kitchen.
I usually love going to Chart House in Melbourne for special occasions or happy hour. Last night missed the mark for my husband and I. We went to celebrate our 12th anniversary. We chose to sit at the bar and eat from the early dining menu and the happy hour menu. When mentioning it was our anniversary the bartender didn't even acknowledge it.
