Chef's Table provides an exceptional dining experience. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a beautiful ambiance, low lighting, stone walls, and black tablecloths. The attentive and friendly staff, including servers and sommeliers, ensure a seamless service. The menu features a range of dishes, including appetizers like burrata and warm tomato salad, and entrees such as scallops with risotto, New York strip with asparagus, snapper with lobster risotto, and ribeye. The steak lacked flavor, but the scallops were amazing, and others enjoyed the Prawn & Crab pasta. The chef's table experience allows diners to watch the culinary team at work near the open kitchen. The restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in the frequent check-ins from the chef. To complete the meal, guests can indulge in decadent desserts like homemade cannolis and tiramisu. The wine selection has great bottles but isn’t overpriced. Overall, Chef's Table is a standout dining destination with a classy vibe, offering an unforgettable experience. It is a great choice for fine dining, perfect for a date night or a special occasion with friends. The server was very nice and knowledgeable about the food. The halibut was the best fish, flaky and so light with just the right amount of acidity. The brussel sprouts and mac and cheese were delightful. The Creme Brulee and Tiramisu, made in house, were delicious and a perfect ending. The bone in ribeye was just above average. The lobster bisque was watered down soup with a couple of small specs of lobster.
