If I could give 1/4 of a star I would. Today I went to grab lunch and when I opened the lid the food was cold and had to get microwaved, the rice has been hard multiple times. This is the first going back after 3 months hoping it had changed. Poor meal prep

I understand working in food service, but team work is necessary during rushes..leaving one person that seems new is not the way. I understand that struggle so hope that improves. Also I would like to know if I need to be charged for extra cheese, bc I was told I could only have a set amount..I am aware that is with the protein. If it is just to reduce a supply chain issue, than hope that gets solved, best of luck to you all :)

Yesterday I went to grab lunch from this Chipotle location. You could tell that the employees were struggling a little because they had run out of all of the sides except for corn and sour cream. I don't know if they were having supply chain issues or what...but this is the second Chipotle I've been at recently with similar issues of not being fully stocked. Keep in mind this was at lunch so I'm not sure how they were planning on feeding customers for the rest of the day. Several people walked out after being told their options. I told them I was fine with whatever so I got a steak bowl with beans and rice and then some corn and sour cream as well as a bag of chips. It was good enough for me. I could tell that the staff was really appreciative to have a customer who wasn't yelling at them about it. Should probably get the supply issue fixed though.

This location for some reason is always out of ingredients. They usually puts signs on their doors before you even walk in letting you know what is missing. Today they had no signs and they were out of almost everything! Some employees are nice about it and others are just rude like it's your fault they're missing what you're asking for.

They don't follow their own menu. Line server does not know what goes into Lifestyle Bowls. He is used to grabbing a bowl and letting people tell him what to put in it, which is not bad, but if I ask for a specific item I want what comes with it. The store is dirty, the doors are dirty, the soda machines dirty and the serving line has food thrown around like there was a food fight in that kitchen. Every part of that kitchen was dirty and disorganized. If you have stainless steel containers and soda machines, those need special cleaning solutions not dirty rags that leave streaks. Cabinet doors under soda machines also dirty. Definitely not coming back. The server should use dedicated spoons for every container instead of sticking his hands (with gloves) into the containers and dragging salad into the corn and so on. A prison kitchen would easily look better than this.This is all on the manager. We were there March 30 at 4:30 at the US 192 Chipotle across the Melbourne Square Mall. Do your job Mr. Manager. You are certainly neglecting your duties.

tell me why this girl was too busy talking to her coworker to acknowledge my bowl most literally didn't have lettuce on it and just rudely closing the bowl instead of asking me if I wanted anything else since I didn't want to rudely interrupt her conversation ? if you hate your job just say that.ps. it was the short blonde girl

Came into chipotle wanted to order a bowl I was told by the employee three different choices that they were out they didn’t have tomatoes they didn’t have any of the sauces not only that the store was a complete mess. There was food scattered all over the counters, everybody was just playing around will never come back to this location ever again highly disappointed.

Horrible experience! Stay away. The place was filthy; not a single clean table to sit at. The burrito was so poorly rolled that it was a mess and could not be held. The Black Beans were under cooked and hard, the corn was still semi-frozen. Worst Burrito I’ve ever been served… needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.
