“I LOVE this coffee shop, especially when Sarah is working! It's refreshing to have a barista that not only cares about regular and new customers, but puts in so much effort to make the perfect espresso everytime. She is such a friendly face and wonderful asset to this coffee shop. I would recommend this coffee shop to everyone! My only negative is they often have only one barista on shift, which does slow down wait times, but the coffee is far better than big chain coffee shops, so that makes up for the wait.“

“• The matcha was very sweet — it tasted like there were too many pumps of sugar-free caramel. I’d definitely ask for half sweet next time.
• The service was very quiet, which came across as a little unfriendly.
• That said, the hotel atmosphere is really lovely and makes up for the service.
• If you’re looking for a comfortable spot to work on your laptop, this is a great option.“
