So glad that they opened back up in this area. When I go everyone is very polite whether it’s a lot of people or not. The cookies are so fresh and soft I go here a lot with my youngest daughter and al says get the 6 count. Love me some Crumble!!!
Cookies are usually delicious, as expected, but the bakers need more oversight for quality control. Cookies are frequently lopsided, inconsistently sized, and unevenly/haphazardly topped.
The team lead or manager needs to routinely inspect cookies and have low quality bakes be remade. They need to be held to a higher standard given the quite high pricing (no problems with the price, but quality needs to match the premium price tag).

I usually do not do reviews but I just have to let this Crumbl location know so hopefully it helps them. The last three times we have purchased cookies from here, they have been hard and seem over baked. I think that they are over baking their cookies, or they aren’t fresh. It is so disappointing especially considering the price we pay for these cookies. We usually love crumbl so it’s been a bummer the last few times. I’m not here to bash I just hope this helps.
