Love these cookies, I love the fact they change the menu weekly but also bring back favorites periodically. I recommend everyone try these at least once bit beware they are so good you won't want to share
So glad that they opened back up in this area. When I go everyone is very polite whether it’s a lot of people or not. The cookies are so fresh and soft I go here a lot with my youngest daughter and al says get the 6 count. Love me some Crumble!!!
Cookies are usually delicious, as expected, but the bakers need more oversight for quality control. Cookies are frequently lopsided, inconsistently sized, and unevenly/haphazardly topped.
The team lead or manager needs to routinely inspect cookies and have low quality bakes be remade. They need to be held to a higher standard given the quite high pricing (no problems with the price, but quality needs to match the premium price tag).
