Staff in the morning was extremely rude, super pathetic that employees talk to customers with such disrespect. They made us wait 30+ minutes for 3 bagel sandwiches. By the way all made wrong. Shame on the staff for been rude, never been treated like this on a food establishment that you go to spend money. Another couple was having breakfast while the Chaos was happening and left saying they will never go back because of the staff. I will contact customer service to inform them...read full review
Friendly staff that we LOVE. Food is consistently good. Clean and Comfortable seating.
Just left after a chaotic 30min wait; after ordering at min. Manager screaming on the top of her lungs. Totally uncalled for, and then offered me a cookie for my wait, like that would make my day better. Should have refunded or at least a future sandwich. To bad; Usually one of my favorite places, but seems to be declining.
