First Watch is a clean and well-staffed restaurant that efficiently handles busy crowds with its phone number wait system. The accommodating staff can substitute menu items to cater to dietary restrictions, even creating custom dishes like a basic bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Friendly servers offer menu recommendations and ensure a smooth dining experience. Guests enjoy fresh and delicious options such as kale juice, blueberry pancakes, and fresh fruit in a lively atmosphere, perfect for dining with friends. The outdoor seating area adds to the welcoming environment, though visitors have noted a leaking water spigot outside. Overall, First Watch provides a friendly and enjoyable dining experience with attentive service and tasty food. Visitors frequently come 3-4 times a week, often experiencing shorter wait times than expected, and all staff members are praised for their welcoming attitude and teamwork. The restaurant is a good place for breakfast or lunch, with popular dishes like Chickichanga and Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich. The menu is mostly carb-heavy, featuring potatoes, pancakes, and waffles, and the inside can feel quite cold. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, with food served quickly, making it a family-friendly spot appreciated by many, including emergency personnel. Prices are a bit higher than grab-and-go places, reflecting the quality of the food. It’s recommended to arrive early or make reservations, as it gets crowded quickly even on Sunday mornings. Overall, First Watch offers great quality food, friendly staff, and a relaxing environment.
