My favorite Japanese restaurant
Fujiyama in Melbourne never disappoints! Wendy and Katie are the best—they make you feel like family from the moment you walk in.
The Teppanyaki is a blast and always cooked to perfection, and the sushi is incredibly fresh—easily some of the best around.
Add in great drinks and very reasonable prices, and it’s hard to beat. If you’re in Melbourne, this place is a must!

Similar to another Japanese restaurant that will cook the food on a hibachi grill in front of you or you can opt for the food to just come to you cooked already. Shrimp and scallops were delicious and the ginger dressing is sooooo good on the salad.

From the first people to greet us, to the servers and chefs, the staff here is absolutely incredible. We had 3 birthdays in our group tonight and they served us a birthday cake, that we brought, with such care and went above and beyond to give us a good experience. The food is always amazing - we think it’s that best hibachi in Brevard. By the way, they also have the best fried ice cream for birthday dessert!

Terrible. They use cheap meats and the food lacks flavor (no real Hibachi Chef's cooking). They also add yum yum sauce in the rice without asking if anyone wants it. I have NEVER been to a Hibachi place that does this. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Wonderful place for Hibachi. Food is fresh and delicious. The servings are huge. The staff and chefs are friendly and engaging. They are very accommodating for my brother-in-law who has celiac disease.

This place NEVER disappoints! I love coming here for our birthdays and of course for other occasions as well. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff was super attentive and kind. I LOVE it here!
